For Heat Therapy: Place the heat pack in the microwave. Heat on high for 1–2 minutes, depending on your microwave's wattage (adjust heating time as needed to avoid overheating). Microwave in 30 second intervals. Carefully remove the pack and check the temperature to ensure it's comfortably warm before applying it to your neck and shoulders.
